This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your Information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and how the law protects You.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
